About

I’m currently an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Technology Management and Marketing. Driven by a passion for technology and innovation, with a knack for data-driven strategies and a flair for product development, I bring a unique blend of analytical skills and creative problem-solving to the table. In my professional journey, I’ve thrived in dynamic environments, often as the first person in a role, where I've gained valuable experience specializing in operations, in creating and streamlining repeatable processes for new teams, and in solving "big-picture" problems while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

My most recent work experience is as a Customer Success Manager at an identity verification SaaS startup, where I managed a diverse portfolio of customers in different stages from enterprise to start-up and in different industries. Here, I was responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, driving product adoption and usage, and negotiating contracts to improve customer retention and increase retained revenue. Previously, I've held roles in CX, Support, and Incident Management, where I've consistently implemented data-driven strategies and process improvements to provide high-quality customer experience, solve technical and product issues, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my 6-year-old husky (named Oski), learning how to play the sitar, and vlogging my travels! I earned my Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science, with an emphasis on Computational Modeling, and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley (2019).
