About

I'm currently a Technical Support Engineer at Medallia. I’ve always been interested in technology, and in understanding how customers interact with products. Technical Support allows me to interact with customers, understand their needs and how they're utilizing the product, while also applying my technical background and interests, in order to solve problems that customers come across on a daily basis.

My background is in Cognitive Science, with a focus in Computational Modeling of Cognition, and in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. During my undergrad, I explored topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Data Science, and User Experience.

I also work as a User Experience Researcher for Bloom, where our mission is to make investing more accessible. My previous jobs were in the field of HD Mapping. I briefly worked as a Data Analyst at Apple Maps, mapping research and development. Before that, I worked as a Software Engineer intern at DeepMap, where I focused on training data generation and 3D-map data labelling for self-driving cars.

In my free time, I like to go on drives and hikes with my camera and my husky puppy. I'm also a major foodie, and I enjoy cooking and eating all cuisines! Connect with me using any of the links below, I'd love to meet you!
